THE BRIEF:
Inspired by Californian homes, the snow and minimal architecture. Terry Huggett Developments set a brief which was to create the basis of an inspirational home set in the heart of an up and coming regeneration zone in South Yorkshire.
As serial self builders Terry and Emma Huggett new from the moment they set eyes on this the site that it would be the making of something unique. The brief was simple, create a contemporary four bedroom dwelling which took advantage of the hillside views, was envionmentally friendly, sustainable, cost effective and maximised the site into which it would be built.
The brief was to include provision for four bedrooms (three ensuite), an oversized double garage, utility, cinema room, home office and one large house bathroom.
